When I’m sad about the way I look I reassure myself that I have a healthy BMI, and that if I make that extra push I will eventually have a body that I am comfortable with. I don’t feel like a healthy BMI is something I use as an excuse, as I see it gives me more motivation to not just accept that I am so far away from being the size I want to be!

I always feel guilty after I eat something. It doesn’t matter how much I had or what it was. I always feel like I made a bad choice by eating it.
